The other weekend we said goodbye to another Kampong Cham volunteer - Jeltje Doeven. She has been volunteering at KAPE in KC for the past 5 months following her 2 years with VSO up in Mondulkiri.
She put on a great farewell do - a trip on the river in Phnom Penh, many Kampong Chammers made it down to see her off in style....
