Service station food - Cambodian style - Logans (top left) , Pomellos (top right), stuffed frogs (little red parcels on the left of the photo), fried locust and fried tarantulas.... yummy. Ho and little bags of fish and garlic paste - very top right above Pomellos - you can image how that smells on the bus!!
They have recently started to have live spiders in a pot, at the stalls, for you to see, next door to the fried ones.. all I can say is thank god they weren't there when Rach was visiting!
