Riverside at Kampong Cham

How the riverside has changed over the last few months, river has dropped, planting up every possible space is happen and the river is now a hive of activity as boats float on the river fishing all day long.

The start of the Bamboo bridge in the middle of the river.

The river use to be as high as the wall in the forefront of this photo!! You can see they have started planting very neat rows of vegetables already.

Still strange to think the water was coming over the wall nearly in the wet season...

Not something he wanted to happen - wheel got stuck in a big hole.. on the way to the ferry...

Waiting for the ferry to the island.

The kids take these out on the river in the evenings...

One of the more expensive river cruise boats that bring tourists up and down the Mekong.
You can see on the Kizuna bridge legs the water marks from the wet season - it has now dropped another 2m as well since this photo.

Below is my usual view point of the river from Lazys...not bad!
